INSUL CARBO® FIB SiL 350 C: light dual-layer fireproof heat insulation – 350 C
INSUL CARBO® FIB SiL 3.5 is a light dual-layer fireproof heat and sound insulation made from unwoven carbon fibers and siliconized fabric made from glass fibers with a combined thickness of 3.5mm.
INSUL CARBO® FIB SiL 5.5 is a light dual-layer fireproof heat and sound insulation made from unwoven carbon fibers and siliconized fabric made from glass fibers with a combined thickness of 5.5mm.
The lower layer is made from light and fireproof carbon fibers, which excellently insulate contact heat and is resistant to flame up to 1250°C for 30 seconds.
The upper layer made from glass fibers is resistant to a constant temperature of 550°C (250°C) and is protected with an anti-abrasion silicone coating. The insulation is threaded with a reinforced aramid thread.
